Franchises in the United States are offered exclusively by Outdoor Lighting Perspectives Franchising, Inc. (“OLPF”). Certain states require OLPF that register its franchise disclosure document in those states. OLPF is not directing the communications on this website to the residents of any of those states. Moreover, OLPF will not offer or sell franchises in those states until they have registered the franchise (or obtained an applicable exemption from registration). In addition, OLPF will not sell franchises in any states until it has delivered a franchise disclosure document to the prospective franchisee in accordance with applicable law.

Certain countries require that a prospective franchisee or master franchisee receive a franchise disclosure document prior to the offer or sale of a franchise in those countries. Those countries include Australia, Brazil, France, Indonesia, Malaysia, Mexico, Russia, Spain and Venezuela. Franchises outside of the United States are offered by Outdoor Lighting Perspectives International, Inc. ("OLPI"). OLPI will not sell a franchise in any country until it has satisfied such country's law regarding registration, if necessary, and delivery of a required disclosure document.
